I apologize for all the various terms & conditions, but I have tried to make the fees fair and reasonable for both of us. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Nevertheless, should you be at all unhappy or dissatisfied then a partial refund will be made for the 'unused' hours.

You are also required to pay expenses, such as travel costs, restaurant/hotel bills, entrance fees, etc. Some expenses (e.g. flights) must please be paid in advance.

It is a very simple formula. My fees are US$200 + $50 per hour.

Discounts are available for over 8 hours, full day or 4 days:

Up to 8 Hours	$50 per hour	+ $200 booking fee
Up to 12 Hours	$400
One Day	$600
Four Days (one day free)	$1,800

Minimum fee:  One Hour = $250 (includes booking fee)
Payments are also accepted in Yen, S$, THB or other major currencies at the equivalent rates.

Cancellations or Postponements. If for some reason you wish to cancel a meeting then you can do so as long as you give at least 48 hours' notice. You will be refunded 50% of the booking fee. If you cancel within 48 hours then I will refund you a proportion of the booking fee at my discretion; but if you don't show up at all then I keep the booking fee for my trouble :)

You can postpone a meeting up to 12 hours before the agreed time. We will arrange another mutually convenient time. If something happens last-minute then please try to let me know if you are going to be late or can't make it at all.

For longer bookings, why not come to Thailand for your most memorable holiday experience? Even with the flights, it's not expensive ... hotels, food, travel, entertainment, etc. Let me take care of all the arrangements. A typical 5-day holiday in Thailand (including flights & 5-star accommodation in a hotel or island resort) would cost around $2,000 (plus my fee of $2,000).
